½ cup smooth peanut butter at room temperature

1/3 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup hemp seeds

1 tablespoon coconut butter

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder


  1. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter with the chia and hemp seeds and coconut butter. Blend until consistent. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, until firm.
